6. Refund and Returns Policy

• At Sucex Marketplace Ltd, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, the following rules apply:

o Perishable Goods (Groceries, Meat, Vegetables): Due to health and safety regulations, fresh produce and perishable items cannot be returned once the delivery has been accepted. We strongly advise customers to inspect these items at the point of delivery.

o Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item is damaged, expired, or incorrect upon arrival, you must report it to our delivery partner immediately or contact our support within 2 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund to your Sucex Market wallet.

o Non-Perishable Goods: For non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 24 hours, provided the packaging remains unopened and the seal is intact.

o Refund Processing: Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances of the return.

o Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been picked up from the partner store. Once an order is "In Transit," cancellation is no longer possible.

• Sucex Marketplace does not filter or edit Comments prior to their presence on the website.
